Bullet Racing Cams announces the availability of Custom CNC ground camshafts for twin cam 4.6 Ford modular engines. "We have cores ready to custom grind for both the 2 valve and 4 valve engines", states John Partridge owner of Bullet. The unique design of the 4.6 modular engine challenged Bullet to perform extensive camshaft testing. The results of which have provided Bullet with the technology to calculate significant horsepower gains for the modular 4.6 motors by modifying camshaft profiles.
It is, however, Bullet's custom combination specific resources that give their customers the edge on the race track. Bullet uses a customer evaluation process to obtain an accurate extensive chart of their customers racing combination. This is an important step in determining how to custom profile a camshaft to fit a racer's needs. During this evaluation, Bullet technicians listen to each customer's explanation of their specific combination and how that customer attacks the race track. With all of the data in place, the Bullet technicians using their R&D department computers then formulate a specific profile for a racer's precise combination. Bullet uses the CNC process to quickly and accurately custom grind a combination specific camshaft to match their customer's exact specs. Partridge explained, "We want our racer customer to know they will receive the optimum cam the first time".

Bullet Racing Cams announces the arrival of their new Retrofit Hydraulic Roller Lifters. These lifters compliment Bullet's renowned race winning custom ground CNC camshafts. The same expertise and craftsmanship found in Bullet Racing Cams is found in the new Bullet Retrofit Hydraulic Roller Lifters.
In stock and ready to benefit both small block and big block Chevy owners and performance engine builders with dependable horsepower and torque; these new Bullet roller lifters will produce solid throttle response. The vertical locking bar design handles the extremes of racing's high RPMs. Engineered for the long haul, Bullet roller lifters are CNC machined with exacting precision and air gauged assuring consistent lifter performance. To further ensure reliable operation under the rigors of high engine RPMs the body, axle and bearing of each Bullet roller lifter is heat-treated.
